Ingredients

Brinjals –  10

Onions – 2

Green chillies – 4

Salt

Pepper

Turmeric

Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon

Coriander leaves

Ground nuts, cashews paste

Jeera

Cassia bark

clove

Red chilli – 2

Oil

Garam masala powder

Preparation:

Heat oil and add jeera, red chillies, groundnuts, cashews, Cassia bark, clove, sesame to it. Grind them.

In that pan now add oil, onions, green chillies, tomatoes and make it into a thin paste.

Now add that paste into onions. Next add salt, turmeric, pepper and make these like a mixture.

Cut the brinjals and stuff the mixture in it.

Heat the oil and fry the brinjal until they cooked.

Finally add coriander leaves and serve hotly.
