what we need for Cabbage pakodi:

Cabbage

Onions

Green chillies

Ginger

Besan powder

Red chili powder

Coriander

Turmeric powder

Salt

asafoetida

sesame seeds

asafetida

Oil

 

Let’s prepare here:

First we have to take a bowl and add chopped cabbage, onion, green chilies and ginger.

Next add besan powder, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, sesame seeds and salt. Add water to make batter and stir very well.

Now, we have to take the pan and add oil for de fried. When the oil is heated, add some spoonful pakodi batter.

Fry cabbage pakodis  in batches till they become crisp and golden.

Serve the cabbage pakodi  with mint coriander chutney or tomato chutney.

Finally the pakodi is ready to eat and enjoy the taste…
