Red chilli powder
Take the pan and add oil. Now heat the oil and add onions, green chillies. Fry them until it came to brown color.
Next add ginger garlic paste. Ridge gourd pieces, salt and turmeric.
After it get boiled then add Red chilli powder. Now break the eggs into a bowl. Later add this eggs and garam masala. Keep low flame and finally add coriander.
