What we need for Fried Gram Ladoo:

  • putnala pappu – 1 cup
  • sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • cardamoms – 3
  • Handful of chopped cashews

Let’s prepare here:

  • First we have to take sugar and  cardamoms.  Then make them as a fine powder. Set aside .
  • Next we have to blend putnala pappu to a fine powder.
  • Next heat ghee and fry cashews until golden.
  • Add sugar and fried gram powder to the hot ghee.
  • Began to mix while the ghee is still hot.
  • Keep aside to get some cool.
  • Take some portions of the dough and make balls.
  • Store in a air tight jar and use.
