What we need for Fried Gram Ladoo:
- putnala pappu – 1 cup
- sugar – 3/4 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- cardamoms – 3
- Handful of chopped cashews
Let’s prepare here:
- First we have to take sugar and cardamoms. Then make them as a fine powder. Set aside .
- Next we have to blend putnala pappu to a fine powder.
- Next heat ghee and fry cashews until golden.
- Add sugar and fried gram powder to the hot ghee.
- Began to mix while the ghee is still hot.
- Keep aside to get some cool.
- Take some portions of the dough and make balls.
- Store in a air tight jar and use.
