Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 1/ 2 cup

Pepper

Salt

Turmeric

Raw mango – 1

Green chillies – 3

Garlic – 2

Ginger – 1/2 tea spoon

Chicken – ½ Kg

Lemon juice – 1 Tea spoon

Preparation:

First we have to clean the chicken.
Take a bowl and add wheat flour, pepper, salt, turmeric, and add chicken mix it vigorously. Keep a side for 45 minutes.

Next take a bowl, add slice of mango, garlic, ginger and lemon juice and grind it into a thick paste.

Dip the chicken pieces in the mango paste and rotate for all sides for 1 minute.

Heat the pan and fry chicken at low flame until it get fry.

Finally we have to sprinkle the garam masala powder, coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve.
