Ingredients:

Chicken – 1 kg

Basmathi rice – 1 kg

Biryani masala packet – 1

Onion – 2

Green chilies – 2

Pudina leaves – 1cp

curd -2 spoon

coriander – 1/2 cup

Red chili powdre

turmeric

salt

chicken masala powder

biryani masala powder

ginger garlic paste

Preparation:

Soak the rice for half an hour.

Take the bowl and add chicken, salt, mirchi powder, turmeric, curd . keep aside for 20 minutes.

Next we have to take the bowl and add oil. When the oil is heated add biryani masala and add ginger garlic paste.

Next add onion, green chilies, pudina leaves and salt.

Later we have to add chicken and cover the lid.

When the chicken is cooked, add rice,  biryani masala and chicken masala powder.

After 2 mts add water (for 1kg rice add 2 lts of water).

Finally add coriander.
